A Detroit woman wanted on outstanding warrants allegedly attacked a security guard with a seven-foot metal pole after being fired from a South Florida strip club, leading to a chaotic arrest where she gave officers her sister’s name.
Fired Employee Returns for Revenge
Princess Bell, 23, lost her job at Taboo Miami by G5ive on Monday night after what management called bizarre behavior and ongoing conflicts with other employees. When she returned to collect her belongings, she allegedly went on a destructive rampage through the North Miami Beach venue. Witnesses reported Bell hurling objects and shouting profanity before security physically removed her. Once outside, she grabbed a seven-foot metal pole and nearly struck a security guard with it before fleeing toward a nearby Shell gas station.
Chase and Chaotic Arrest
Officers responding to the scene ordered Bell to stop at the gas station located at Northwest Seventh Avenue and 171st Street. She ignored their commands and took off running, according to the police arrest report. Authorities pursued her and took her into custody shortly before midnight near the westbound on-ramp of State Road 826. The arrest turned difficult when Bell planted herself on the ground and refused to stand. She compounded the situation by providing officers with her sister’s identity instead of her own name.
Medical Evaluation and Multiple Charges
Police called Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and Jackson Memorial Hospital West staff to evaluate Bell at the scene before transporting her to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. Miami-Dade corrections officials booked her just after five in the morning on Tuesday, facing seven charges. These included aggravated battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, giving false identification after arrest, and four counts of resisting arrest without violence.
Outstanding Warrants Keep Her Behind Bars
Corrections officials held Bell without bond due to fugitive warrants from both out of state and out of county, according to jail records. The warrants existed before Monday night’s incident at the strip club. Authorities have not disclosed details about the nature of these prior warrants or which jurisdictions issued them. The North Miami Beach Police Department has not yet responded to requests for additional information about the case or Bell’s current status.
